Featuring delicate aromas of pink grapefruit, spring florals, sea mist and a hint of rose water, the palate is bone dry (no residual sugar) with a lush mineral drive and salivating acidity.
We love Syrah, so it’s only fitting we chose Syrah grapes over Pinot Noir for our Rosé. The grapes were pressed off as soon as they reached the winery to reduce colour extraction, leaving us with a beautiful French-style wine that tastes even better than it looks. And let’s be honest, it looks damn good.
